Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our framed artwork and collectible products to almost every country in the world. If your address is not accepted during checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Orders ship within 3-5 days and will then arrive within 1-2 weeks in Europe and 2-3 weeks in North America. Delivery times may vary for other destinations (please allow up to four weeks).

You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment. All shipments are made via the most efficient and economical shipping route, by Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

Please note that if the delivery address you provide in your order is incorrect, you will either need to travel to that address to receive it or place a new order at your own expense. No refunds or replacements will be made for orders with an incorrect address.

Returns for our damaged or lost collectible products

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged collectible, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition, free of charge.

In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receipt of the returned damaged collectible and the corresponding certificate of authenticity (if applicable).

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of obtaining your tracking number, please contact us at hello@srfprn.com with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.

Customs

We offer duty-free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union.

However, in very rare cases, import duties and taxes (including VAT) may be applied once the shipment arrives in your destination country. World Tree City will not be responsible for these costs; they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

Customers in other countries may have to pay customs clearance fees, as required by the port of delivery.
